Returns

1. We’re bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30days of receipt for most items in new condition.
2. First, you should contact us by email (info@sazzus.com), tell us your order number, the reason for the return, and video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable).

3. We will get back to you within 24 hours and tell you the return address. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
4. You should consider using traceable transportation services, sending back products to us, and providing tracking numbers.
5. Most returns are processed within 3 business days after we receive your package.

Note:

1. All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused, unwashed and with original tags and packaging.
2. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. 
3. You will be responsible for all shipping fees incurred.

Warranty:

All equipment purchased from our website has a three-month warranty.
For warranty products, please provide your order number or purchase screenshot.
