Question 1: I am very confused about how to use this product. How many days per week, should I use flashing light or solid light? How much time based on light type?

Question 2: Do the lights change automatically?
Answer: Yes, the light it can change automatically . Starting working , after 5 minutes the color will change automatically if you dont change the color.

Question 3: How many LED lights are in the mask?
Answer: There are 150pcs led in the mask.

Question 4: Will like to know if its connected by usb? Or are there batteries in it? Lithium batteries?
Answer: This light therapy mask working with in plug, it is not a buil in battery mask. Work with 110v-220v. Thank you.

Question 5: How long do the lights last? How many uses? When will it need to be replaced?
Answer: It doesn't need to be replaced. This is not a battery powered unit. It's electrical.

Question 6: Is this good for fine lines, wrinkles?
Answer: Yes , it can good fro fine wrinkle . Please use the red light therapy .
Using steps：
1. Before using this led mask please cleaning your face and dry it .
2. Please do not use the night time cream when you treating for your face. (cannot use in the same time )
3. You can use the night time cream after light therapy , then massaging your face .
We recommend a 20 minutes duration of treatment,3~5 times a week.

Question 7: Can I watch TV during the procedure?
Answer: The mask requires you to be laying on your back, it won't stay on if you are sitting up and the light it pretty bright so Will not want your eyes open during a session.

Question 8: Do you feel hotter as intensity go up? Or what do we supposed to feel during the treatment?
Answer: No, it does not get hotter; your face itself may feel drier and tighter after a session, but that's because it's working. One suggestion I have is to look at ratings reviews on this mask from people who weren't paid to do studies; more specifically, look for before/after photos. This is how I made my decision to buy this particular mask. The reviews always include how the mask feels on different intensity levels and time used. I can tell you from using three different intensity levels that it does not feel hotter.

Answer: no does not come with a carrying case just the box which is meant to store the mask in.

Question 11: Am I supposed to feel anything. I don't feel heat.
